In 2002, a brain injury dramatically changed my life, leading me to explore Ayurvedic medicine. I spent much time in South India, where I received treatment and over time, learned about Vedic herbs and combinations. Inspired by my experiences, I trained in Ayurvedic Facial Champissage and Pranic healing, discovering that I had a natural understanding and connection with herbal combinations.
Due to olfactory damage from the brain injury, my senses of taste and smell were lost. As time passed, I began to find new ways to process sensory information without them. My other senses, particularly my hearing and touch, started to compensate; I found I could hear energy and feel it travelling through my hands in response to information.

In 2006 I began to make Ayurvedic inspired natural skincare to use alongside head and facial massage treatments. I honed dowsing skills to create recipes that were finely balanced combinations of different oils and natural ingredients. I added sound vibrations to amplify the treatments with biosonic tuning forks placed on facial acupressure points. As I became increasingly aware of, and interested in the power of subtle energies and vibrational medicine I began to work with the Phylak Spagyric essence collection and in 2013 completed my Divine Healing Masterkey level 4 training.
Blueprint remedies are a constellation of all these different strands of learning. From a deep-rooted love of flowers and culinary and medicinal herbs to a fascination with the high-frequency vibration of channelled essences, which are so relevant in the 21st-century world, it all plays a part in creating Blueprint remedies.

Spagyric essences
Spagyric extraction is an alchemical process whereby the botanical properties and the spiritual frequency of each chosen plant remain intact. The acids, oils and minerals from all parts of each plant are extracted separately and then reunited in a perfect 5-dimensional map of the original plant. Kalahari essences
During a trip to the southern Kalahari desert, I found myself deeply inspired by the indigenous flora. The abundance of different grasses, flowers and trees is mesmerising, all with their own unique signatures. Nourished by the extraordinarily powerful light, unpolluted air and the charge of the land, these plants have a phenomenal life force that even in the dry, winter months is undiminished. A collection of 10 Kalahari essences has formed over several trips.

Divine healing Master Key is a method of uncovering and clearing core programmes hidden in our subconscious and beyond. Cancellation policy:
24-hour notice is required for cancellation; this gives enough time for the session to be re-filled. If it is less than 24 hours, 50% will be charged if an appointment cannot be filled.
Hydrosols
“A hydrosol contains all of the plant in every drop, like a hologram. The water-soluble parts, the essential oil molecules and the very fluid that was flowing through the plant cells, when the plant was collected. It is all there, in a matrix of living water.” Suzanne Catty
All Blueprint remedy hydrosols are hand made during the summer months from plants grown and spring water collected in my garden. The hydrosol is then amplified by infusing with a specific quartz or crystal for 24 hours. It is then packaged in 50ml or 100ml blue glass bottles with an atomiser spray top. Hydrosols can be sprayed around you, into a room or car, onto sheets, pillows or clothes. They often form the base of Blueprint remedies’ essence combinations, but can be purchased individually.
